Description

Rolex produced the ref.6234 from 1955 to 1961. Now known as the “pre-Daytona”, the Oyster Chronograph has many of the same features as the Daytona. The watch has a 36mm case, a smooth bezel, and a five-piece-link bracelet. The silver dial, which developed patina, is outfitted with faceted hour markers, three sub-dials, and three scales running around its outer perimeter. The telemeter scale is printed in blue. The watch runs on Valjoux 72B chronograph movement.
